Is this the right deadlift form?

So I've recently added deads back into my workout but I've had bad experiences in the past so I want to make sure I've got the form down this time. A picture's worth a thousand words. Now i know it was stupid but after I was done with my regular deads I decided to try and max just for ****s anywhey this is it my best dead ever at 300 lbs. Yeah i know not crazy heavy but for a guy who doesn't deadlift up until this point I'm pretty pleased. check it out let me know what you guys think

The link works fine for me. The vid is a bit dark, but it looks like the bar is a bit far away from your shins at the start of the lift?

Ace grunt by the way! RROOAARR!

Yep the bar should be touching your body through the lift, and uh it looks like a bit of a violent start thought I dont know if theres anything wrong with that. Usually I lose tension in my arms and then lift instead of using impetus to lift.

He kind of looks like he was lifting with his back. It started to round a bit.

Looked like he only rounded his back because he had such a violent start, thats why I was sort of suggesting losing the tension in his arms first. He had it arched when he looked like he was going to start then he just sort of yanked it.
