I gave you the above links to refresh anyone about me & my current situation & that wanted to reply.
Currently I have lost 25lbs & about 12-13 % BF in 2 months & I am very happy don't get me wrong.
My muscles are getting bigger & I am losing my gut which is exactely what I wanted. After my 1st month I had lost almost 20lbs & 10% body fat & my 2nd month about another 5lbs & 2-3% BF. Now I realize that I couldn't obtain my 1st month results every month, but now it seems my muscles are getting bigger & stronger & my gut doesn't seem to be getting smaller as fast. But it is going down.
Have I reached my limit on WBB Routine #1 after a month or so ? I have increased the weights & I have increased the reps to 4. Should I switch to WBB Routine #2 or keep going on Routine #1 OR should I be doing something else right now.
Incase anyone is asking my diet is 2300 calories per day 40% protein 40% carbs & 20% Fat I am currently in the 117-220lbs range
I work out 3 days a week & do 1-2 days of cardio ( 30 mins medium walking or cycling after workout days) & 2 days of HIIT a week ( on my off days).

stick with WBB1 while you continue to cut
if your weight loss is stalling out, try to cut the calories more while still lifting
