You've been doing good with the strength gains bro. Let me add a small bit of advice on the benchpress...
I started out with what I would say a very strong bench for a 7th grader pushing about 185 almost my first time out. I had crap form for every lift I ever did while lifting for football, because they teach numbers and not form (at least most schools do). I was benching over 250 with crap form, probably worse then you think yours is. I then started lifting on my own, with some form advice from members of this board and my bench went from 205x4 to 315x1 in about 7-8 months. Form is a BIG part of a BIG bench, without it I wouldn't have ever been attempting a 355 pound flat bench (which I never did get to attempt due to injuries).
Get the forms down first, worry about strength later. If you do it the other way around you'll be working very inefficiently and you skyrocket the chance of injury.
I know your a smart guy and you've seen your way around the gym a time or two, so I'm not trying to talk down to you just offering some advice!
