    DE Lower

    Box Squat
    No belt.
    10x2 @ 195 (60%)

    Speed Deads
    No belt or chalk.
    Conventional
    3x2 @ 225

    Sumo
    3x2 @ 225
Speed was very good overall. Sumo started to hurt my hips, so I'm going to stay away from them.

    Ghetto Glute Ham Raise
Done with bodyweight. These are hard.
    6, 6, 4, 3

    Ghetto Reverse Hypers
    8xBW
7x10 Couldn't get dumbell to stay between feet.
    10x10 Got it!
    9x10 Hams tired

    Notes
Pretty good workout. A couple of really good squat reps and couple really bad ones too. The GHR were awesome, but pulled on my calves a lot. I'll keep them in, but do fewer sets. Now I just need a way to get the reverse hypers to work out better....

Saw a doc today about the abdominal strain and got a referral for physio. Hopefully that will help me out a little...

thanks stump. It actually doesn't hurt right now, which makes it hard to talk a doctor about. My plan is to play hockey the night before my physio appointment so I hurt when I go.

    DE Upper
    Speed Bench
    3x115
    3x115
    3x115
    3x125
    3x125
    3x125
    3x115
    3x115

Speed felt pretty good, a little slower than I would have liked on the last rep of the 125s

    Incline Bench Press
    5x95
    5x105
    5x110
    5x115
    5x125
Surprised myself here. I'll start at 115 next time.

    Dumbell Rows
    10x45
    10x50
    8x55
    Do 50s next time

    Lat Pulldown
    8x120
    6x140
    6x130

    Notes
Pretty solid workout. My hamstrings are bitching a lot from monday and cramped up while I was benching.
I'm thinking of swapping incline banch with floor press so I have more left in the tank to kill my weak spot.

How about starting at 125 on inclines and do something liek 5,5,5,4,3 and work up to getting 5x5?

Nice workout though man. Getting stronger every session.

Ok, so I woke up almost pain free and decided to cancel my physio There was no motion that actually caused pain, so it seemed kind of pointless. I am going to hold on to the referall in case it comes up again. Anyways, I'm passing on ME lower just to make sure all is well. I may go tomorrow if I have time.

    ME Lower
    Deadlift
    10x135
    5x185
    3x225
    1x275
    Add belt and chalk
    1x315
    1x335
    1x355 (PR + 10)

    Good Mornings
    8x115
    8x135
    8x140
    7x145

    Dumbell Side Bends
    10x60
    10x70
    10x75

    Notes
Deadlift PR is nice It was a massive grinder - 3+ seconds to get to my knees, but the lockout was too bad. My form felt a little off, but hey it went up. I'm pretty sure I was using my glutes as much as I should have.
I haven't done GMs in a long time, but I'm pretty sure that was a PR of some sort too.

You're making a lot of progress on your deadlift. Those good mornings look awesome too, I have to get started on those again.

Not a bad workout. I've been up and working non-stop since 7 AM. I wanted to do chest supported rows as well, but I figured I'd call it a night when I yawned so hard I cried a little.
