    dude doubled mini's are a lot of tension. good calling choking them, mini's have helped me out a ton on bench.

    it seems like your assistance work is trailing your overall pressing a bit, in terms of where most people's numbers would be.

    I initially doubled them and tried to press the bar....Christ that was a LOT of tension. I may use them from time to time, but I don't think it's going to be a regular thing.

    Thanks! I've been focusing my assitance work on my weaknesses (shoulders and back), so it should look like that

    try putting a little weight on the bar + the mini's...just bands and the bar feels really unstable and weird to me.

    I'm pretty sure that would be too much weight for DE work...it might be ok for ME, though.

    I played hockey so no workout today. I played hard, but fewer shifts and the abdominal feels great I think I have an hour between classes to sneak in DE lower tommorrow.

    So DE lower defintately didn't happen today. No energy and lots of class....that's why I try to avoid lifting on Tuesdays. I'm going to skip DE lower and pick up with ME lower tomorrow.

    I did 43 bodyweight deadlifts in 5 minutes. You can probably beat that.

    Yeah I lied.....I have another hockey game, so no gym today. At least I'm skipping off for physical activity. Also, my computer was ****ed I've spent the last couple hours un****ing it. *sigh* two midterms tomorrow and a thesis that needs a computer....
