Good work man lol. Impressive pushpresses and all... I might not even be able to push press my own bodyweight. I shall see!

And 43 bodyweight deads in five minuets... well hot damn that means I gotta try for 44 reps at 270 in five min. It would be hellaicous if I could even do it and I wouldn't be walking anywhere for quite a while.

Thanks IRL! You have a big bench, so I would be you could get your bodyweight overhead....which is even more impressive when you weigh 270 lol
The 43 reps was my friend @ 220....I'm thinking I can get 50. We'll see on Sunday

Very nice! I didn't know you were 155 either! You rep out almost double bodyweight for squats - I hate you!

I felt like moving something heavy, so rack pulls were my choice. The lockout speed was awesome. I had a little more left in the tank, but my knee was bleeding so I decided not to make a mess Next week I'm going to try from the lowest pin and see what I get.

Great rack pulling. It's a great exercise for back development - you probably don't need to be told that, though.
