    i keep tryin to get this thing going but i don't give it the attention it needs.. hopefully i can stick with it.

    then did a 2 mile jog/walk with an 85 lbs vest on... my whole right shoulder/lat and upper back are killing me beyond belief.

    took me about a week to get back to the gym wth work and everything else but here it is:
    squat:
    did some warmup sets
    185x 5 5 5

    calf raises:
    205x 12 12 12

    bench:
    135x8
    195x 5 5 5

    incline bench:
    135x 5 5 5

    kept it simple and short..

    then ran stairs and did some pushups/crunches just to get my heart pumpin.
