hey everyone, and thanks for the previous comments. Just to let you know, i am now on a 5000 calorie diet for good measure, following WBB1, and hope to re-post photos at the end of the year, anyway a pic of my legs is included (17inch estimate)

Arms are a bitch dude IMO (when it comes to bulking those!), just give it time.
Squat = Not enough
DL = Not enough
Bench = Not enough
Big 3 = Not enough
