I am 15 years old and currently weight 74kg i am after getting stronger and increasing my build i would say i am currently big but not huge. I want to become a lot bigger.
My Current Days
Monday - I train at 5 and do a fully body circuit at gym. Starting from curls all the way through to Shoulders.
Tuesday - I train for boxing and start at 5. I go for a 3 mile run, 10mins non stop skipping, 30mins bag work, 20mins sparring.
Wednesday - I train at 7 do a light full body session and a big abs session.
Thursday - Exact same as tuesdays workout.
Friday - Intense weights session start at 7 finish around 9.30.
Saturday - Day off just chill out.
Sunday - 4 mile fast run at 7 in morning. 2 mile run at around 6 mph on treadmill then big abs circuit.
I currently eat -
Breakfast - Cereal And Toast with cup of fresh orange.
Lunch - Cheese sandwhich with bottle of water or lucozade.
Tea - Tuna Sandwhich glass of orange cordial. (protein shake if i have done a weights session)
this dosent varie very much and is usually what i have nearly everyday.
Can anybody help me? i hope i have given enough information. All i am looking to do is become a lot bigger and stronger and feel better in my self. Thanks Alot
