    Hi. Im looking at a new diet plan called Body For Life. Ive read nothing but good things about is so far. Any inputs on this program?

    i have read this, it involves 40-45% protein 40-45%carbs and the rest fat, with 3 lifting days/3 hit cardio and one rest cheat day the exercises are veyr limited
