    Muscle:fat ratio

Sup. Does everybody have a unique muscle:fat ratio? By that, i mean take two mesomorphs with the same genetic makeup, same weight/height/BF% etc. One of them overate and got fat, the other did not. The fat one decides to diet, and loses muscle whilst doing so. Say, 20-30% of the weight lost. By dint of great effort, he rebuilds his body to exactly how it was before he got fat, so in effect he is a replica of the other mesomorph who stayed lean bar a few stretch marks. He stops working out, and a month passes. What happens?
