Is it okay to do yoga on lifting days? Im planning on taking up yoga again and the scheduling won't be in my control, soo would it be alright if i did it before lifting maybe?
Why can't you take a yoga class on your non lifting day?

well im not taking a class. me and some friends at school are making a yoga club and we're going to practice it, i just dont know when though.
Yoga is fine any day of the week. And your muscles will benefit from the stretching.

I would think that if you did yoga right after working out, the stretching ,like mentioned above, would help alot. I think it is a great idea.
Yoga after a workout is extremely difficult -- especially after a leg day. My muscles feel like jello and I can't hold any of the positions. I do sometimes lift after yoga though.
