All I want is to reach 200 lbs by December 31st of 2006. I am eating a lot of food (at least 5 meals a day or around 4500-5000 calories). I am very diciplined and will follow WBB#1 precisely. My frame I would say is medium and I am 6'0" as in the signature and I just started squating yesterday. I haven't done dead lifts yet. My question is will I reach 200 lbs by 12-31-06 doing WBB#1? Or have I already hit my peak at 175 lbs at 6'0"? I don't want to take steroids. I am already taking creatine and weightgainer in addition to my pretty consistent diet of 5 meals day. Thanks for any replies. I just want to be set on the right path and I feel 200 lbs isn't asking for too much. I don't want to be Mr. Olympia or anything.
