i read an article on a mixture of 2 different storebought cereals......the article stated that by mixing these 2 cereals you could create a breakfast cereal with a nice blend of fat, carbs, and protein. i made the mixture but i need help figuring the macros to enter into fitday. it is a 3:1 ratio of fiber 1 and p-nut butter captain crunch. a serving is 1/2 cup of the fiber 1 and 3/4 cup of the other. i did the math the way i thought it should be done, but when i entered it into fitday it told me that my numbers were incorrect. any ideas on how to properly to this. thanks
