The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

How much milk does everyone drink in here?

I searched and found nothing to answer my question:

How much milk do you guys drink that are in a routine to gain muscle and weight fast? I think I drink 2-3 glasses a day. I have seen some people say they drink a gallon a day and I don't see how that is possible when you are also supposed to be drinking about a gallon of water a day. Give me recommendations please. Thanks.

I agree in most cases. If you're really drinking a gallon of milk a day I highly doubt you're drinking nearly enough water.

So do you buy pints of milk at the grocery store? I can see a person drinking pints of milk since it's easy to carry around and to have before you go workout, but I don't see how you can drink 6-8 pints in glass form. Do you measure the milk in a measuring cup first?

I drink about 2/3 of a gallon a day, a 1/2 gallon of which I drink during office hours. I'm so glad I got a mini-fridge for my cube, it's been working out well. $70 at Sears for a nice Kenmore. I just bring in a new gallon every 2 days.
