I drink 2% milk when I need the calories and I'm not hungry. Even on a bulk, I try to eat as many calories as possible.

This is one of the best things I have learned at WBB forums so far. I never thought of it that way. So in theory you could just replace water with milk and you are still drinking 4:5 ratio of water to milk! Thanks for the info.

Thanks.

I live in China and it's markedly more expensive to get whole milk than it is to get soy milk, so it's soy milk ftw out here. I'll treat myself to whole every now and then, but I'd estimate I have 1/4 gallon of soy milk daily.

I drink a gallon of skim milk every 2 days, with my protein shakes. I also drink about a gallon of water everyday. I drink skim because im naturally huge and i need to cut fat all the time.

None, because if I downed a gallon every other day I'd be poor from buying it all the time.

2 8 ounce cups per pint. 2 pints per quart and 4 quarts per gallon so a gallon has 16 8 ounce cups. I believe this is right. Right?
