    315 x 3
    405 x 1
    495 x 1

    Bw x 12
    Bw x 12
    Bw x 10
    Bw x 10

Energy was ok but I didn't feel super strong today, 540 felt heavier than it should have. Still managed a PR without wraps so not too bad all in all.

Took it easy on my shoulders today. Bar speed felt really good with 285, though something is still wrong with my left shoulder/pec; going to try and see my soft tissue guy next week.

your shoulder work this past training session is evident in your recent photos you had up. Still cranking it out, Nick.

Was pretty surprised at how well 635 went up after 585 felt slow as hell. This is a great sign considering my back was still a little sore from squatting and my hams/glutes were pretty sore from the GHRs. Body weight.... 204... lol.

Monster sessions lately I dont know how you can do all that squat work and two days later pull mid 600s and do deficit pulls. Keep it up man.

Yeah that's why I said today was a good sign, lol. I'm definitely not fully recovered after having squatted heavy 2 days ago so the fact that 635 felt as good as it did means I'm definitely making some solid progress. I have 4 full weeks left before I de-load leading up to the meet, I'll probably go real light on squats one week so I'm fresh to pull max effort.

In all honesty, I very rarely get any soreness/DOMS. The only muscle group that gives me trouble is my lower back.

Worst workout I've had in quite a while. My shoulder felt pretty good but energy was absolutely terrible. I have a feeling I wasn't fully recovered from the speed benching a few days ago, felt like I had no power in my triceps. Weight down to 203.4, so that probably had something to do with it as well.

Had an appointment with my sports injury guy today. Bicep tendon on was out of place again, this time it was the opposite side. I was pretty sure that's what it was, should have gone in and gotten it taken care of sooner. I guess that explains the shitty benching lately. This one wasn't nearly as hard to pop back into place however, so things should heal up pretty quickly.

Wanted to give my back a little break so I'm fresh to pull heavy on Friday. 500 is a PR on front squats, and it was pretty damn smooth as well. All I wanted to do was hit 500 and then get some drop sets in but I think I could have easily gotten 515 - 520. Body weight 202.8.

Tried it it easy today, more of a bro workout just looking for a good pump. Had another therapy session this morning, was almost in tears as the guy was working out the knots in my pec and shoulder. Feels a million times better but still a little sore in general. Excited to see what benching feels like next week.

Well I almost had 650. Got it above my knees and then I started to lean backwards, lost my balance and had to bail. Not really sure what happened but even though it was a miss, I'm happy with how it felt. I know I can hit it easily with a deadlift bar. Felt really good overall today, energy was great. Can't believe how good my back has been feeling lately, could barely tell I pulled anything when I walked out of the gym.

Weight: 202.4. Lowest yet. I've added in a second higher calorie/high carb day and I'm still dropping weight like crazy.

Knees have been feeling better so I decided to get some more squats in this week. Still kind of wiped out from pulling yesterday - 435 felt really heavy so I dropped down and just got a few reps in with some moderate weight.

Looks like I lost a couple weeks worth of entries. Last week was not the greatest, on Tuesday when I squatted I was the lowest I've been weight wise in a very long time, just under 201, and I could definitely tell. Was testing out my new Rhino knee wraps, felt good warming up, 555 flew up, so I tried to hit 600 for 2 or 3. Ended up pulling both my hamstrings during the first rep, tried for a second but dumped it in the hole in fear of injuring something further. Hammies were pretty sore for a few days after and affected my pulling on Friday. Just had no leg drive on deads, worked up to 610 x 2 and then did a bunch of drop sets.

Decided I definitely don't need to lose anymore weight, (I probably should have stopped dieting a couple weeks ago), so I went kinda crazy over the weekend and ate whatever the hell I wanted. Hit 213 lbs Saturday night.

Felt amazing today, probably the best bench session I've had in months. Extra cals over the weekend definitely helped a lot. Most of the bloat has come off but I'm still around 207 lbs. Tomorrow is my last heavy squat session, and my last heavy session in general, so I plan on going balls out. After tomorrow I'll start tapering the cals and carbs back again.

Always motivational to look at the numbers you put up in here! What are your plans now then? Upping the calories and the volume/reps?
    Current 1RM's - Bench 264lbs (Target 308lbs)/Squat 396lbs (Target 352lbs)/
    Deadlift 429lbs (Target 440lbs)
    BIG 3 TOTAL at 220lbs (28% BF) = 1089lbs
