    Thanks man.

    No, I just cross my arms over the bar. I've tried doing some oly style lifting in the past and the clean grip kills my wrists and elbows. Sometimes when the weight's like 250 lbs or lower I just balance it on my chest/shoulders and freeball it lol.

    This was the reason I asked. Serious weight youre shifting man and I just wondered how that would have sat with a clean grip so to speak. Im working on my clean grip and it is breaking my hands off lol!!

    Didn't feel anything in my lower back while doing gm's for the first time ever. I think this whole time my bar placement has been too high, they felt so much better using pretty much the lowest bar placement that I could still hold onto. I'm gonna shoot for a 375 front squat before I'm done with school in April; still had some in the tank after 360.

    No clue how many curls, if I had to guess though I'd say over 9000. Had to use the preacher bench because some ****** was squatting in the squat rack. WTF.
