    Tricep Pushdowns
    230 x 10

    Planned on keeping the weight low, went for 355 x 2 and failed half-way up the second rep. First 355 rep flew off so I decided why not give 365 a go. Pr's are always nice when they're not expected, lol. Getting sooo close to 375 raw.

    Keith: 375's my next goal inbetween 350 and 400, lol. Actually, my next goal should be 385 since that's 3 plates and a 35. The bigger the plates, the better, amirite?

    Well, squats definitely turned out better than I had expected. 460 was almost ATF, misjudged things and was afraid I wasn't even gonna get out of the hole, but it turned out being pretty easy. 470 was spot on form wise, pretty slow lift but it felt good.

    My back has been feeling pretty good so I decided to see where my max was at for deads. Everything felt great, form was spot on, 540 flew off the ground but from about my knees to lockout was pretty damn slow. Gonna keep hammering the rack pulls, my strength off the floor is great I just seem to stick right after my knees.

    Thanks man. The scary thing is, I haven't really been bulking for quite a while now. If anything I've lose a little bit of fat in the past few weeks. I can't wait really cut down for the summer and bulk hardcore again this fall.
