Lol I hear ya stump. Bench used to be my strong point by far, need to get going again on that ****. Once I'm done with this cut my first goal is 405 raw bench at 198.

Finally had a good bench session today, especially considering I've been fighting a cold all week. My voice is almost completely gone today from coughing up so much ****. Also puked after benching before hitting my tri's, lol.

Refeed seemed to be right on for once, ate pretty much all high(ish) gi carbs, no whole grains, wasn't nearly as bloated this morning as usual. I'm gonna up the try upping the carbs even more to something like 1000 grams next Sunday and see what happens. I'll probably stick this keto diet out a couple more weeks and then I'm gonna try my own variation of a UD 2.0 style bulk. Basically gonna see how much mass I can pack on without changing my bf% very much.

Dunno wtf was up today, boards felt like ****. Strength off my chest is great though, my widegrip bench has gone up quite a bit. I really think my triceps are holding me back now, I haven't been able to really hammer them heavy in a long time because my right elbow has been bothering me. It didn't hurt too bad today, but it doesn't seem to be healing very fast. I need to find some more tri exercises that are easy on the elbows, kickback's felt great but obviously I can't use very much weight.

Gotta do something different, my strength/energy is taking a **** by the end of the week and I'm really noticing myself get flat as ****. I'm gonna start doing two refeeds a week, with the first one starting Wednesday right after I bench. Might tone down my Sunday refeed and shoot for 500 cals over maintenance for both carb days, maybe throw in a little cardio on an off day to make up for the extra cals.

Felt awesome tonight, 10+ lb pr on rack pulls. I think I finally hit my refeed on Sunday perfectly, ~900 g carbs and only ~40 g fat. Looked a little bloated on Monday but today I could definitely see some good fat loss from the prior week and my arms were crazy vascular after curling. I can see a pretty big difference in my arms compared to just last week so that's motivating. Getting so damn close to where I wanna be, probably another 5 - 10 lbs of fat to go.

Meh. 350 wasn't terribly heavy but my ****ing elbow is still bothering me. Dunno what my deal is but my form is all over the place too, if I could just get back into my groove I know my bench would go back up 10 or so pounds.

Switching to two high carb days a week now, hopefully I can start making some gains again.

Wish I had some spotters tonight, really wanna start pushing some heavy **** on squats. 485 flew up like a joke off the box, 500 was a struggle and I tend to lose confidence when I have nobody to bail me out so I stopped after that. Felt like dying during the front squats though, holy ****. The bike ride home was not pleasant.

Ordered some BCAA powder today, gonna take it during my workout on the no carb days. We'll see if it makes any difference.

time to change your sig if you did a 500 box, your numbers are flying up, i better step it up. cant let someone 50 lbs lighter lift more =P

just a word of advice, if your trying to hit a PR on 2 board i would add the board after 275, or even 225. i know myself i tend to get burnt after 315 to the chest then adding the board.

I can already tell the second carb day mid-week is helping a ton, felt great this morning even on a fairly empty stomach, compared to last week when I felt weak as **** and vomited half way through my workout lol. Seemed to give my metabolism a nice jolt too, I was completely drenched in sweat during legs on Friday.

Today was weird. Felt like **** in the beginning of my workout and I looked like **** too, flat and bloated. Then towards the end my energy started picking up and the good ol' veins started poppin' out. Did some posing in the locker room afterwards, damn is all I can say. Legs are really starting to pop out now and in the right lighting you can see faint striations on my quads. I swear to god the last damn place I'm gonna have fat lingering is on my arms right up by my elbows. Pisses me off to no end, makes my peak look like absolute ****.

Yeah that's the thing, yesterday was a no carb day, so I don't understand why I looked/felt so much differently during my workout. Carbs today after I bench though, can't ****in wait lol.

Definitely felt strong today, 385 and 395 flew off the boards like butter. I think I'm good for 350+ on wide grip, I was just too worn out after the board work today.

Weighed in at ~195 lbs today, first time under 200 in 2 or 3 years. This was also on no carbs, so I should be right around 200 - 205 when I'm fully carbed up.

I haven't done any real wide stance squatting in months and it shows. I have all the quad strength in the world but my hips are ****ing pathetic. Weight should jump up pretty fast once I get back into things, I had the same problems last year when I first started going wide. One of the guys I lift with hit 550+ in briefs at a meet a couple weeks ago and bombed on 455 raw tonight so I don't feel quite as bad lol. Same exact issue as me, all quads no hips.

Just have to change around the stance with your squats is all, not looking bad though bro.
