I'm gonna start throwing incline bench into my regular rotation, my pec/delt is healed up pretty good now, I've had 0% pain for the past few weeks. Strength on incline is def down though after the injury, 245 felt really heavy lol. Pathetic.

    355 x 1
    275 x 6
    275 x 5

Kept the weight light today and focused on form. Stance was very wide compared to my normal position, box was really low, good bit below parallel when touching even with the wide stance. Gonna take me a while to get used to this but hopefully it's worth it. 365 felt heavy which is pathetic, but I can tell I'm doing something right because my hips are pretty damn sore. My biggest problem right now is sitting back and keeping everything tight at the bottom. Normally when I box squat I sit back a little and completely deload the weight (which I've heard is a no-no) so it's really hard for me to touch and keep **** tight.

Tried out a friend's knee wraps for the first time today, 355 front squat flew up like a freaking joke with the wraps. Gonna see if I can hit a 405 front squat with wraps some time.

Back was feeling great today, planned on doing for a heavy double at 515 or 525 until I looked down after pulling 505 and saw blood on the bar. Huge callus on my right hand ripped off and a smaller one peeled half way off on my left hand. Had this happen before, although it wasn't quite this bad. Really pissed me off, I wanted to keep pulling but my grip was shot after that and I couldn't stop the bleeding.

Yeah I think 260 is the most I've ever had above my head. I love doing heavy presses but damn they beat the **** out of my shoulders. Need to lay off for a couple weeks, shoulders are sore 24/7.

Right elbow is still bothering me a lot on bench. Last time I had joint pains dips felt like ****, decided to try a few with just my BW to test the waters and it felt great. Even with 110 lbs extra I felt nothing in my elbow doing dips. Doesn't make much sense to me but I'm happy, looks like I found something I can go heavy on the tri's with again.

No clue to be honest. Just a standard dip/pullup station thing. Bars are maybe shoulder width apart?

EXCELLENT dips, bro. Those are stellar. Glad to hear you can do something heavy to hit the tri's, I know where youre coming from with the elbow pain. Keep up the good workouts duder.

Box squats felt a lot better already after only a week. 405 was a little bit of a grinder but it's still mainly form issues, after I get past a certain point the weight pops right up like butter. Knees are staying out a lot better, my biggest issue now is sitting back and keeping my chest up. I tend to squat straight down and bend over a little for some reason.

Weighed in at 199 after my refeed on Sunday. Diet is honestly going better than I thought, I'm still losing visible fat every week and my strength has been great. Looks like my ass has shrunk in half lately and I'm finally losing that annoying lower back fat. Still planning on getting down to 6 - 8% and then I'll slowly start adding in carbs around all my workouts, prolly end up doing a TKD style bulk all winter.

I've been carb cycling hard for like 3 months now. Full keto 5 days out of the week. Went from like 25% bf to 10 - 12% currently.

Could you post some more details about it? Or a page in your journal where you gave specifics?
