The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I'm really liking the deads with tension pulling away as well as down. Really forces you to keep your form tight and pull back. Used heavier bands this time and I could really feel the tension, just about lost it and fell forwards a couple times. Form felt and looked a lot better, still have a long ways to go though.

Thanks guys. I was a little worried yesterday because my lower back was extremely tight when I was pulling. Towards the end of the session it calmed down some and everything feels pretty good today. I need to get my body used to pulling heavy more often again I've been training like a vagina lately.

Deads felt awesome today. Form was still iffy at times but it's getting better. Had more band tension this time, purples + blacks, made the lockouts really hard, 455 felt pretty heavy at the top. Took in 1300 grams carbs yesterday so I'm feelin pretty swole today, lol.

Squats felt great today, 385 was cake off the box but the guys told me to hammer out my form some more so I dropped the weight. Thinking about going for a 1 rep max next week with knee wraps and a belt. No clue what the ab exercise we did is called, bands were wrapped around the top of the squat rack as you hold the other end and bend over.

Pressing 225 above your head is sick, dude. And I have no idea how you can put down 1300g of just carbs. I assume most of it is in liquid form?

Damn that's a high box but a **** load of weight! Impressive, dude. Sorry if you've already mentioned this, but do you want to compete in powerlifting or bodybuilding first? What are your plans?
