    Low Rack Pulls (bottom pin)
    315 x 10
    405 x 5
    495 x 5
    545 x 1
    ~Sumo~
    495 x 2
    525 x 2
    545 x 1

    Lat Pulldowns
    150 x 10
    200 x 5
    240 x 10
    200 x 15

    Barbell Curl
    Bar x 10
    95 x 10

    95 x 10

    Standing Hammer Curl
    55 x 5
    60 x 5
    60 x 5

Kinda rushed for time today so I didn't get in everything I wanted. Could still feel my lower back from doing GM's a few days ago so I didn't go all out on rack pulls. 545 felt great though so I'm happy; never really pulled from the bottom pin before.

    DB Bench
    65 x 10
    90 x 10
    105 x 5
    120 x 5
    100 x 10

    Lying Triceps Extension
    80 x 10
    100 x 5
    120 x 5
    100 x 10
    100 x 10

    DB Fly
    55 x 10
    70 x 8
    70 x 8
    50 x 10

    Triceps Pushdown
    150 x 10
    180 x 5
    200 x 5
    220 x 3
    230 x 2
    240 x 2
    200 x 10

First time I've ever gone real heavy with dumbbell bench, I ****ing suck at it, but I could definitely feel it isolate my chest way more. DB's at my gym only go up to 120 however, which sucks. Still visibly losing fat and my weight was actually up a couple pounds today so I guess things are going well.

Where do you acutally reside and train near Detroit, I am familiar with a few facilities in that area?

I go to school at the University of Michigan so I train here in Ann Arbor. Only about 40 minutes from Detroit, our PL team is planning on taking a trip to Detroit Barbell sometime soon.

Sucks to hear about the cold. Keph and others have mentioned some thing that you spray up your nose, have you heard of it?

    Yeah I've used it before.

I've been over the cold itself for a few days, now I'm a little worried I may have pneumonia or something similar. I've been hacking **** up from my lungs/having slight trouble breathing for quite a while now. Might go get x-rays next week if it doesn't clear up soon.

The two week flu strain is quite common, possible you may have it.

Workout is super, especially under the circumstances.

Thanks man. Really trying to focus on blasting my shoulders with heavy weight to help get my damn bench moving again.

Had a depletion session this morning. High reps on a fairly empty stomach sucks ass big time. Weight was 186 this morning, flat as a pancake right before my refeed.

Man I don't know what is going on with my bench but it's ****ing pathetic. My form is so insanely ****ty, every rep is different. The thing that makes no sense is my strength is there, I can almost do more weight going wide grip with no arch or leg drive. I could probably rep out 315 for a few if I was fresh with wide grip, yet 325 seems heavy as hell when I actually set up and use technique, lol what? I'm getting so frustrated. I would stop cutting if I thought I was losing mass but all of my other lifts have been increasing just fine.

Benching is still ace from the outside looking in, really can't expect to be elevating too much at this point imo.
