Forgot to mention, weight was 188 today, which is up about 3 pounds from the last couple Thursdays.

Your dips are insane! Did you do the dip contest? 100 dips for time? Is your goal to be increasing weight right now?

EDIT: What kind of diet are you doing? UD2.0?

No I haven't tried the dip contest. Who's got the best time so far?

I'm sort of carb cycling, although it's just 5 days keto with 2 refeeds. My goal right now is to get down to near contest shape and then eat just barely above maintenance until I do a show. I'd rather get as lean as possible now so I know what I'm doing once it's contest time. I'm getting close but I wanna be pretty shredded before I start eating to gain again.

Yeah, wow... your dips are crazy, d00dz. Best of luck with getting money to live through the year, that seems to be a problem with many people these days including myself. When is contest time, approximately?

Yeah I've heard a lot about WM too, biggest thing that interests me is how fast it's supposedly absorbed.

I actually shot a posing video when I was home for break and forgot to upload it to my laptop, lolz.

The thing that sucks right now is how differently I look throughout the week due to carbs. Some days I look amazing, other days I'm flat as ****, and then after my refeeds I'm usually bloated. Really ****s with my confidence sometimes.

Ahhh, I gotcha. Well sh** man don't let it mess with you... If you were doing more of a 'consistent' diet type (i.e. no refeeds, carb loading, etc. and just a flatline diet) then you know you'd look stellar.

Thanks man. I haven't competed yet, although I've been talking about it for over a year now. I'm training for both and will be competing very soon however.

That's badass your doing both. Are you leaning one way or the other on which you are wanting to train for primarily, or still completely undecided?

Bodybuilding is my main focus right now but its pretty even to be honest. I am purposely taking my cut as slow as possible in order to preserve strength.

Honestly, so far bodybuilding has done nothing but help as far as powerlifting is concerned, I've dropped from the 242 weight class to 198's and I'm still moving similar weight.

Felt great today, seem to be making some decent progress on incline. I'd like to get up to 315 or so max incline before I go back to flat bench.

Thanks Keith. All the guys I train with gave me so much **** when I first started cutting, now they're a little jealous, seeing as some of my lifts are on par with guys that weigh anywhere from 50 - 80 pounds more than me.

Them guys are green with envy as you lean out for warmer weather while remaining strong at the same time, lol. Glad to see you hang out with the inclines that way, but don't neglect the flat bench too much in the meantime, learn from my mistake man.

Your strong as hell bro, been looking threw your journal and I like how your routine is set up, simple and straight to the point. Keep up the solid work.

    Thanks View.

Coke: I'd like to get my incline up to 315 or so before I go back to flat but I plan on doing lots of floor press/board presses to keep my body used to heavier weight. I know what happens when I don't hit a lift/go heavy for too long.

Legs today, all I can say is **** squatting. Not even gonna post my numbers, box squats were pathetic. I'm done ****ing around with this wide stance ****, I've gotten absolutely nowhere these past 6 months or so. Gonna go back to Olympic style ATG squats.

LOL, I agree about the wide stance squat. When you have a sec., read this interview on my mentor and very well respected powerlifter, Rob Fortney. He's hilarious and discusses the wide stance squat in it. Much funnier to hear him talk about this **** in person.
