Damn bro, still hittin it hard in here. You really either need to a) quit talking about your physique or b) go buy a f***ing camera!! Seriously though, can't wait to see how you do in this comp... with your numbers compared to BW, I can just imagine what you'd look like at 190 and 7% (or whatever) BF you BB's go for...

    Thanks guys.

I know Jed I need a camera bad. Would be nice just for the sake of seeing some back pics, no clue what my back looks like anymore. I've tried using my webcam but it's useless, quality is complete ****, can barely see any definition in it.

**** bench is all I can say. Strength is definitely there, form is just absolute ****. I lose my arch after the first rep every single time, getting absolutely no leg drive, barely tucking my elbows, etc. I'm really thinking about just hitting wide grip w/ no arch for a while, I can seriously almost press more that way than I can when I set-up and try to use proper form. Very frustrating.

Just stay on it bro, even if you have to go with some lighter benching.

I don't understand your bench, lol. Can you get a video of it? It's probably just a really bad habit that you have to work on breaking. I wouldn't just settle for half-assed form and technique. Great squatting, brah!

I'll try to get a video of it some time after I move back home for the summer. I lift with quite a few guys that compete/know their **** though and they all say my form is terrible right now. I just don't get it. I'm busy as **** with school now until the end of this semester so it's hard enough as it is just to get all my workouts in, but once I'm done for the summer I'm going to take a drip down to Detroit Barbell and do some benching with those guys.

I could already tell a pretty big difference in squats this week from last, hopefully I'm right and the weight jumps up fairly quickly. It definitely feels 100% better, and the guys I lift with agree that my form looks perfect now. I'm gonna buy some olympic shoes and just stick with oly squatting now. I've tried wide stance enough to know it just doesn't work well with my body structure.

Weight was 182 after the workout this morning, fully depleted and fairly dehydrated (I had to resort to using Adderall these last couple days to help cram for a couple huge exams this week), lowest I've been yet, probably under 190 now full carbed up. Really noticed a difference between this week and last, legs are finally starting to pop out.

I probably should have just deloaded this week, repping out 405 wasn't a very good idea, completely drained me of my energy. Did some curls and called it quits. ****.

Damn, bro, doing awesome in here... For the bench form, have you ever watched that Dave Tate video? There's a vid where he basically goes and points out everything you need to do on bench, with a vid showing all of it too. It's pretty handy, I think I might've even posted it in here before.

Definitely give yourself that extra time to play around with your diet. I didn't give myself much room for error. I could have used another 2 weeks to come in very shredded. I had hints of striations through my glutes, and my hamstrings could have been crisper, but there's always next time.

You can do a lot with 13 weeks to go. Get some progress pictures up when you get the chance. I know you state that you're at a pretty low BF right now. You could probably give yourself a multi-day refeed of moderate calories to play around.

Your contest prep should be a huge experiment, that's what my contest prep was for me. I still want to experiment with my diet now, even though I'm past my contest. I want to play around with those up and down carbs like you and some of the other fellows have done. I just did a basic F/C/P of around 50/120/180 towards the end of my diet. I'd like to try the low carb approach with the refeeds for a few weeks. The way you do those big refeed days intrigue me, but they make sense to me also.

Going to change things up for a few weeks, this diet is really getting to me both physically and mentally. I'm sick of the huge ass refeeds, and it seems like no matter how much I eat I can't fill up. This last week I was about as depleted as I've ever been and I could tell my strength was really suffering from it during Friday and Saturday's training sessions. I decided to start my refeed early and ate carbs all day Saturday and Sunday.

I can really tell a difference with the effectiveness of the CKD diet I've been using as my body fat gets lower. I'm flattening out much faster, and the fat loss is slowing down as well. I'm gonna try out a TKD instead for a while. If I don't notice a difference in 3 or 4 weeks I'll switch back to what I've been doing. Diet will be pretty similar, except I'll only be consuming carbs pre and post workout. I'm really hoping the carbs post-workout will help with recovery, but the best part is I can eliminate my refeeds. I may still have to throw in a cheat meal on the weekend if I'm still a little flat, as the post-workout carbs may not fill me up completely. I'll just have to wait and see I guess.

Good stuff in here, man. Sucks to hear the diet is getting to you, but what can you expect. You're dieting hard and you almost have no fat to whisk away anymore, so your body wants to take muscle instead. Hopefully you can get it figured out soon.

Carbs pre and post workout will be much better both mentally and physically, I'm sure. I hope it works out for you, bud. You've done a lot with your training and physique lately and I don't want to see you slow down.
