I see you eat Cornstarch... I presume that's not straight up cornstarch? You combine it with something else?

Lol. No it was waxy-maize. Was too lazy to add it in on fitday so I just put cornstarch in, pretty close to the same thing in all honesty though.

Coke: I really like the waxy maize. It's amazing how fast it empties the gut, and it seems easier on my system then other carb sources.

    Legs

    ATF Skwats
    135 x 10
    225 x 5
    315 x 2
    375 x 4
    400 x 1
    410 x 1
    420 x 1
    365 x 5

    Leg Curls

Squats are feeling excellent. 420 felt easier than 385 did about 3 or 4 weeks ago when I switched back to ATF.

Nice to be back to ATF squats? That's one hell of an olympic squat! I see you benched 370 at 230. I never knew you weighed that much! Were you sloppy at that weight?

Definitely nice #'s on the Squats. When you refer to ATF Squats do you just go until you can't go any lower? What are you comparing ATF Squats with? Would you stop at parallel in the past?

I notice that if I try to go to low that I get no rebound out of the bottom of the Squat, but I believe that I go rather deep as is.

do you like doing a "back off" set of Squats? I've done it once or twice before and liked the feel of it for sure.

Dunno what you mean by "back off set".

Was too lazy to post my last couple sessions, they were pretty ****ty anyways though. I've been dieting pretty hard lately, Saturday I had a tiny little 400 or so gram carb refeed after I lifted just to keep me from being flat as ****. This Saturday I'm taking a day break and eating whatever the **** I want. My metabolism needs the boost and I need a refeed big time anyways.

Lol. I knew somebody would comment on the kickbacks. I actually like them for accessory tricep work, good to throw in at the end since you can't go very heavy anyways.

I'm pretty sure by back off set that guy just meant like doing a set of 225 for 10 after a day of 335 5x5 or whatnot. Smart choice on the refeed, you're only human you know. 5weet k1cKbAkz d00dz
