All of this looks good and sounds good. Your Deadlift weights are very strong and impressive.

    Thanks guys.

    Chest and Tris

    Bench
    135 x 12
    135 x 12
    225 x 5
    275 x 2
    ~Paused~

    375 x miss
    ~Wide Grip~
    315 x 9

    Cable Triceps Extensions
    180 x 10
    200 x 5
    220 x 5
    230 x 5

    Triceps Pushdowns
    150 x 10
    180 x 5
    200 x 5
    220 x 5
    240 x 9

Bench was just about exactly what I expected it would be. 365 was a great lift. 375 was so close, stalled about 2 inches above my chest, spotter put a couple fingers under it to get it moving and it shot right up to lockout. Might have 375/380 paused in me if my form is spot on and enough adrenaline is flowing.

Last heavy session before the meet, worked up to an easy 455 squat and called it good there. Will probably take 455/460 for my second. Still haven't made up my mind if I'm gonna hardcore cut next week and shoot for 181 or not.

That always means no lol. I'd just do 198 and eat your way into the meet. Give yourself some time to get down to 181 and do a meet in the summer at 181 or something like that. When is your meet?

You're probably right. I know I could make weight if I really tried though, I'm just afraid of losing a little strength. The meet is next Saturday, 19th.

Good luck with the upcoming meet next Saturday, you actually could do damage on the bb stage as well.

Ain't that the truth. Why not? You've been able to get rather lean, and your back is looking solid and everything else is proportional, that's a recipe for a successful run on the BBing stage.

Thanks guys. I'd still like to get into bodybuilding in the future. My main focus for now is power lifting but you can tell from my training/diet that I still pay attention to my physique as a whole.

    Shoulders, light

    Seated Shoulder Press
    135 x 10
    135 x 10
    185 x 10

    Upright Row
    95 x 10
    135 x 10
    135 x 10

    DB Front Raise
    35 x 8
    35 x 8
    35 x 8

    Rear Delt Machine

Didn't push the weight real heavy today for obvious reasons but I still got some decent work in. Planning on going in one more time this week and hitting everything real light just to get the blood flowing and deplete glycogen a little to cut some weight. Made up my mind to not worry about making 181 but I'll still cut some to boost my Wilks.

Thanks guys. This meet definitely went better than expected, and the fact that I still had some in the tank after my 485 squat and 590 pull makes me real excited for this next training cycle. I will not be satisfied until I finally hit 500/400/600.

Got my pre-workout powder today so no more yawning.

    Legs

    Squats
    135 x 10
    225 x 5
    315 x 5
    405 x 2
    445 x 4
    465 x 1
    ~Wraps~
    485 x 2

    Seated Leg Curls

Energy was good today but the weights felt heavy; probably still a little burnt out from the meet. I'm gonna start training squats with the same set/rep scheme that I use for bench. Time to quit fucking around and hit 500 raw.
