I've been noticing a big difference in mind-muscle connection the leaner I get. Just being able to see certain muscle groups makes it easier to feel them. My biceps have been hidden under layers of fat for so damn long, feels pretty damn weird looking in a mirror now and actually seeing some decent guns.

Guy spotting me with 350 had his hands all over the bar for the last rep so it was probably more like legit 350 x 4 with 1 assisted. Can't wait to start training with a partner again.

Getting sick of doing the same shit for triceps every week but my left side has been giving my pain with pretty much every movement other than pushdowns. Thought it was a tendon at first but I've started foam rolling it hardcore and now I'm wondering if I had a slight tear. There's definitely a big knot/tender area close to my elbow.

If it is even a minor tear, you will need time off of it to heal, otherwise you are just prolonging the process based on what sport doc told me when I had my minor delt/pec tear. Otherwise, the usual props, like the ambition Nick.

I feel you on the commercial gym spotters. Even after I specifically tell them not to touch the bar they always do! You just ruined the lift asshole!!

I usually tell them not to touch until until I say something, forgot to this time. In the guys defense, I'm sure he's never spotted somebody benching 350 before, probably though I was gonna dump it immediately lol.

Yeah I hear ya Coke, I've learned my lesson ever since I tore my pec and re-aggravated it a couple months later. Ended up taking twice as long to heal as it should have.

Lifting at a different gym for the next month so machine weights will be different than usual. Deads felt awesome today, I dunno if I'll ever go back to conventional, my back has never felt better since I've been pulling sumo. Strength should continue to increase as I bring my hams up and continue to work on flexibility.

Weight was 191 in my birthday suit. Dunno if it's my diet, my genetics, or both, but I'm still visibly losing fat yet my weight has not dropped in 2 - 3 weeks now. I think I was around 198 fully carbed up before I started this cut about 6 weeks ago and I have yet to drop below 190 even fully depleted. The day after my refeed last week I was 196. Carb cycling ftw.

I should have it. I hit 590 quite a few months ago. I'm gonna start ramping up the weight, I'd really love to pull 600 sumo.

    Chest and Tri's

    Wide Grip Bench
    135 x 10
    135 x 10
    225 x 5
    275 x 3

    375 x 1
    315 x 6
    275 x 10

    Lying Triceps Extensions

Left tricep is getting better but I could still feel it on extensions so I called it quits after two sets and did some light bullshit. Bench was meh.

Huge pulling! You already know this but x3 for sumo. My back feels so much better since switching and believe it or not I've had better hamstring growth. If you ever can get a vid up of your sumo pulls I'd love to see it.

Yeah I need to take a vid so I can check my form out myself. I know I'm still not getting legs out far enough and not using as much leg drive as I should.

    Legs

    Front Squat
    135 x 10
    225 x 5
    315 x 2
    335 x 1
    ~Wraps~
    365 x 3.5
    ~Remove Wraps~
    315 x 5

    Lying Leg Curls

    Leg Extensions

    Reverse Grip Curls

Not used to lifting in the morning, kinda felt like shit today. Should have had 4 with 365, bailed like a pussy about half way up. I feel like I weak bitch after your 445 Thomas, lol.

haha 365 is still solid man. If you bailed half way up I'm assuming it was core failure rather than legs? Go for 405 already!!

Wasn't really core, I just get to a certain point and run out of gas. Some of it has to do with my cut, depends on how full I am. I've been noticing lately glycogen levels seem to correlate to energy/ability to do max effort stuff.

Solid work man. How you like squatting in wraps? I bought some a while back, haven't really busted em out yet to play with. Put them on once, felt weird as hell.

They take a while to get used to. I like them for heavier weights, feels better on my knees. The amount you get out of them really depends on how tight they're wrapped; I wrap them fairly snug but nothing crazy.
