    Off days are no carb.. Training days I take in 100 grams or so of carbs post workout to take advantage of post workout insulin sensitivity, and to help keep me from completely flattening out. Friday after my last training session of the week I do a full blown refeed until I go to bed that night. The little amount of carbs I take in after training isn't nearly enough to keep my full and by Friday I'm usually down 5 - 8 pounds.

    I'm also still using those MCT oils I mentioned a while ago. Research as shown medium chain triglycerides are absorbed directly into the blood stream unlike other fats and help ramp up ketone production. They're also shown to reduce blood sugar, which is why I take 1 - 2 tablespoons a couple hours after my post workout carbs; reasoning is to help lower blood sugar once the carbs are pretty much fully digested and help push my body back into ketone production.

    Couldn't imagine resting 430 across my delts no matter try and squat it. Beastly!

    I hate anything more than 3pps on front squats, just doesn't feel comfortable, 415 is beastly bro, solid work.

    Thanks guys. Forgot to mention I was 200 lbs this last Friday after my refeed; heaviest I've been in quite a while despite slowly getting leaner. Lowest I've been lately completely depleted is 192. I think I'm gonna start throwing in some cardio once or twice a week on off days. Haven't decided on HIIT or LISS yet though.

    Need to up my post-workout carbs, I'm flattening out quicker and quicker each week. Felt like I was almost completely depleted today, really shitty pumps, felt fairly weak, weight was down to 190. Strength is still there I just need to stay a little fuller so I can last through my workouts. Legs should be fun tomorrow.
