Was practicing my side tri pose the other day, tell me what you guys think. Weight was around 195. Still holding a bunch of fat right in the love handle area, really hides that area where the lats and obliques come together.

Regular 4pps flat bench should be no problem the way you be going at it.

Props on those close grips, nothing to critique in the recent shot either.

I added 10 lbs to my frame and increased my max by 40. That or my cybergenetic implant is doing its job.

Haha, I struggled with bench for a while when I dropped from 230 to about 180 because my ROM increased so much.

I always skip calves and forearms, my workouts tend to run long as it is, so I decided to add in another day each week to work on those two and also do some lighter weight/higher rep back and quad work. I've had good success hitting arms and chest twice a week so we'll see how it works with the larger muscle groups. Also a good way for me to burn some extra cals/get in some half ass cardio.

moving some serious weight in here. I liked the new form better. Not the bottom one, but the one above it. When posing you are showing off your whole physique, not just the one muscle. I think that shows you off much better.

Yeah I think I was caught up in trying to just show my tricep before, definitely looks a lot better when I twist my torso and get more of my chest/abs in the shot.

    Back and Biceps

    3" Sumo Deadlift

    405 x 5

    545 x 1

    Close Grip Pulldowns
    150 x 5
    175 x 5
    200 x 5
    225 x 5
    175 x 10

    Barbell Curls
    Bar x 15
    95 x 5
    115 x 3
    140 x 8

    Reverse Barbell Curls
    35 x 10
    55 x 8
    75 x 8
    95 x 8

Pulls were done out of the rack on the very bottom pin, bottom of the weights were at most 3" off the ground. Really focused on form, which was almost perfect today. Top end strength isn't on par with my conventional stance yet but it should continue to increase as my hamstrings get stronger and my flexibility gets better.

Form was shit, every time I'd pull heavy my back would kill. Hamstrings were lagging pretty bad too.

I've never really worked my rotator cuff directly, which is probably a huge mistake, so what better time to start than now. Every time my shoulders start feeling iffy all I can think about is blowing something out during bench or shoulder press. Curious to see if it'll help add a little to my bench as well, I know strengthening stabilizers can make a pretty big difference in compound movements.

First time I pulled 700 from the rack I looked at my training partner and was like, "holy fuck that felt like a billion pounds". Can't even imagine what a 800 or 900 pound deadlift would feel like. Makes you respect the top level power lifters even more. I don't think people realize just how much weight these dudes are lifting.

    10 x 12

Felt so weak today. Cals were super low yesterday which I'm sure had something to do with it. Didn't really lock out the 4th rep of 350, spotter had to help a little. Left tricep has been giving me a lot of trouble again which makes me nervous as it's the one I tore last year. Tri's are holding me back so much on bench right now. 5 weeks until the meet, gonna go balls out until the week before.

Kind of a half ass max effort day. 495 felt heavy as shit but was an easy lift. 515 was slow as balls; I need to work on dropping faster with wraps on. I tend to descend extremely slow as I'm trying to watch my legs in the mirror for depth and it really throws me off as I'm usually a pretty fast squatter.
