Thanks Coke. I don't think I've ever done GM's with that much weight and not had my back hurt so I plan on doing them a lot more often.

Took it easy and did a couple light depletion workouts earlier this week. Weight was 185 yesterday, should easily make weight. Gonna try Kroc's approach in that link Tom posted and take some hot bathes/turn the bathroom into a sauna. Last meal was around 11 am this morning and then I had a protein shake at about 2. No water or food since then until I weigh in tomorrow.

No I didn't water load, I usually drink close to a gallon a day anyways.

Weighed in at 180.1 this morning so I'm happy. Was nervous this morning, scale at home said 183, I knew it was a little off but wasn't sure how much.

180? CHRIST. I need to get on your bulk regiment so I can cut back down to my natural 180. How did you do in the meet?

Just got home from the meet a couple hours ago. Went pretty much how I expected, which means I shouldn't have done it lol.

    Squat
    405
    465
    480

    Bench
    315
    345
    360 - Miss

    Deadlift
    515
    565
    600 - Miss

480 was too easy for a 3rd on squats, really kicking myself for not attempting 500. Expected bench to suck, and it did. 345 felt like shit, should have stuck to 350 or 355 for my third. 565 pull felt good, and since I really didn't give a shit about my total I decided to go for 600. I got it about half way up my shins and then grinded to a halt. Strange because that's not my usual sticking point. It really wasn't bad form-wise, was just too tired/ran out of juice.

Just found out tonight I was offered a lab position I had interviewed for on Thursday; now that I'll finally have an income I'm thinking it's time I finally head on over to the dark side. Have a friend that can get some good stuff domestically. Gonna run a couple cycles this winter/spring and start raping in the 198's.

Still a solid total for 181.

Honestly though I think you're more suited for the 198's.

    Thanks guys.

Started getting the next day after the meet, thought it was strep throat, turned into a nasty cold, then turned into a sinus infection. Finally on antibiotics, lifted for the first time in a week today, felt soooooo weak. Hoping to get some Test E ordered this week.
