The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Solid shoulder and tricep day. I haven't done arnolds in some time, but always liked them.

Yeah I always end up going back to arnolds. I really like using DB's with most of my shoulder work, forces you to use all the stabilizer muscles.

Got the rest of my shit today. Felt like a little kid on Christmas opening the packages.

Plan right now is 50 mg tbol ed for a couple weeks, then bump to 75 mg ed and start my test injections. Will run the tbol @ 75 mg for 4 weeks.

When are you hoping to get that? Without a doubt I know you can achieve that. I'm sure you already know this but prehab like a mother fucker. I'd hate to see you get sidelined.

I am going to take this pretty serious with lots of stretching and massaging. Been contemplating getting deep tissue massages every once in a while.

Would like to get 1600 for a meet in March. I think 50 pounds on each of the big three is extremely doable in 10 weeks.

Seems like a bit of stretch by March but hey I'd love to see you hit it.

Go big or go home. 50 pounds in 10 weeks is only 5 pounds onto my max each week. Aiming for 550/400/650.

It probably is a stretch, but I like to set high goals, makes me push that much harder.

First day of orals. Lifting partner is finally back from Christmas break so I'll be going balls out on bench from here on out. Don't like doing heavy singles with average joe gym goer spotting me.

with gear, I think that is doable. Make sure you're packing in the calories, don't hold back.

Why Tbol as a standalone? Typically I've seen orals stacked with test, frontloading I think it's called, so you start feeling the effects of the orals immediately while the test levels are building in your system. Are you still only going with 250/wk?

In case you missed it on the previous page: I have 100 tabs so I'm gonna do a week or two of tbol only, then bump it up to 75 mg for the first 4 weeks of test.

    I'll be doing 500 mg a week.
