I'll try to get some shots this weekend. Diet is sort of a TKD; I'll eat something like a bowl of cereal with a protein shake post workout and then I have dinner an hour or two later with slower digesting carbs (sweet potatoes, brown rice, etc.) I'm definitely upping carbs, but I'm trying to avoid sugar and real fast digesting stuff as much as possible. Off days are the normal high fat, low carb. Usually lots of vegetables.

    45 x 10

Def feeling the orals now. Crazy ass pumps, almost painful sometimes. Going to up it to 75 mg ed starting today and go one more week until I start injections.

355 felt meh. Gonna try something sort of new with bench, very similar to how I used to train when I was a fatass; normal warmups, something moderate like 335, then a heavy single, drop the weight and do a couple heavy working sets. Not necessarily maxing out, but I plan on increasing the single 5 - 10 pounds every week.

I do something similar on my ME days.. maybe because I still am a fatass, lol. I worked up to 370x1 on incline yesterday, then dropped down to 315 for a set of 5. I just typically do one set though, mainly because I'm lazy get bored easy. I want to move onto the next exercise, lol..

I do backdown sets on me ME days too. Usually only one set all out, sometimes two. One with the slingshot, one without. High reps thought usually 10-15 for my backdown sets.

Lower back is still pretty sore, started getting a nasty pump during squats, wanted to go heavier but had to call it quits after 475, just felt like shit (especially without a belt). Pulling sumo this week so I should be fine by next squat session. Really wanna start working with 500+ every week.

Changed my mind again, will start the test tomorrow. Figured I should get as much out of it as I can before the meet.

I think some of it may be from the Tbol.

Did my first injection today. Pretty surprised at how painless it was.

Lower back pump from hell today. Had very little motivation to pull, almost walked away from 475 after loading the weight on lol. I even had to sit down between sets of barbell curls to let my back calm down. I really hope I can squat by Friday, leg is slowly feeling better but it's still fairly swollen in a softball size area.

Felt kinda shitty warming up, still managed +20 lbs on bench from last week. Weight in gym clothes was 202.

Pinned my glute yesterday, god it already feels so much better than my quad. I still think I'm going way too fast; I forget to watch the volume lines and can't tell if the plunger is moving or not, before I know it it's all in after about 10 - 15 seconds.

10-15 seconds is a pretty long time. what guage pin are you using? how many ccs are you injecting at one time? I'm assuming your concentration is 250mg/ml so you would be injecting 2cc/time. Should only take about 5-8 seconds with a 22g pin. I take .75cc/week for TRT and it takes about 2-3 seconds of pushing the plunger.

bench looking strong.. watch out for those low back pumps, I had that before too..

I'm injecting twice a week so 1 cc at a time. 25 gauge.

15 seconds seems long? I've read some people taking 1 minute per cc.
