I ordered from prowriststraps.com, 10mm x 4" custom made to your belt size.

Once I get my belt lol. In all honesty I could hit it right now easy, I don't get a ton out of my knee wraps, they're getting kinda whomped out and I don't put them on extremely tight by any means.

    Military
    Bar x 10
    135 x 10
    165 x 5
    185 x 3
    205 x 2
    215 x 2

    Behind the Neck Press (strict)
    185 x 2
    205 x 2
    215 x 1
    185 x 5

    Cable Lateral Raise
    50 x 5
    60 x 5
    70 x 5
    50 x 10
    50 x 10

    Close Grip Bench
    135 x 10
    185 x 5
    225 x 5
    275 x 1
    315 x 1
    340 x 4

    Hanging Leg Raise
    Bw x 10
    Bw x 10
    Bw x 8
    Bw x 8
    Bw x 8

I still suck dick at military. Dunno if it's my body mechanics but it just feels like shit. My behind the neck press is almost stronger.

Really had to hold myself back on close grip bench. Left shoulder/pec insertion area started to knot up pretty bad which always makes me nervous as fuck.

Lower back is feeling a lot better. Been stretching my hams and hips a couple times a day and it seems to help a ton. Also going to start training my core again, really been slacking in that area.

BW was 215 with gym clothes on.... da fuck...

at that point it would just be water manipulation to make weight, not necessary calorie consumption.

keep in mind, you're also probably holding 5-10 extra pounds of just water, due to the test.

I know, I've cut close to 10 pounds a couple times for 24 hour weigh-ins. Just saying if I'm still a couple weeks away from the meet and my weight is getting up there I plan on slowing shit down.

I'm thinking about starting adex a couple weeks before the meet. Should help shed a little water.

    Sumo Deadlift
    225 x 10
    315 x 5
    405 x 1
    455 x 1
    500 x 9

    Seated DB Curls
    45 x 5
    55 x 6
    55 x 6
    55 x 5
    45 x 8

    Standing Hammer Curls
    55 x 8
    55 x 8

Entire posterior chain was on fire after 500 x 9; form was pretty damn good too, really focusing on keeping my hips low and engaging my hams and glutes. Couldn't do much else today, I really fucked my left pec yesterday doing close grip bench. I don't think it's a major tear but it's pretty sore. Obviously not going to bench tomorrow, we'll see how it feels next week. I'm trying to not think about it but if this doesn't heal up within a couple weeks I'm going to be beyond pissed.

Going to deload this next week. Deloading for me is like pulling teeth but my body needs it. Elbows are starting to scream at me during certain movements. Lower back still isn't back to normal.

Did some push downs and shit for my tris real quick tonight and then got out.

With how much you already gained while being natty, I expect REALLY big things now. It is going to be just ridiculous.

Thanks everybody, really appreciate all the encouragement.

Stump: I'm just ending my 3rd week on test. I've heard many people say the strength gains really kick in hard around week 4. I'm pretty excited to see what happens this next month before my meet.

    Bench, Comp Grip
    135 x 10
    135 x 10
    225 x 5
    275 x 2
    315 x 1
    345 x 1
    375 x 4

    Wide Grip Bench
    275 x 13
    290 x 6

    Tricep Pushdowns
    180 x 10
    220 x 5
    260 x 6
    220 x 10

    Reverse Grip Pushdowns
    90 x 5
    80 x 8
    70 x 10
    70 x 10

Spotter had to help a little bit on the 4th rep with 375 but it was damn close. Chest felt great today, not a touch of pain. I started getting such a massive pump during the wide grips that I had to stop during 290, was almost painful. Bodyweight is still right around 215; cut back on cals this last week since I wasn't in the gym.
