    Thanks Coke.

    DB Rear Delt Row
    35 x 10
    45 x 10
    55 x 8
    55 x 6
    55 x 6

    Seated Lateral raise
    30 x 10
    40 x 10
    45 x 6
    45 x 6
    40 x 10

    Rope Pushdowns
    80 x 20
    110 x 15
    140 x 10
    160 x 10
    170 x 10

    Reverse Grip Pushdowns
    80 x 10
    80 x 10
    80 x 10

    DB Front Raise
    20 x 10
    30 x 10
    35 x 10
    35 x 10

Front raises felt great, which tells me this is definitely a pec injury and not my delt.

Got another vial of cell-tech, going to extend this cycle another 4 weeks or so until I run out. Gonna take things easy and focus on some of my weak points as well as adding mass to lagging body parts, such as my puny ass arms.

Looked solid. I saw you got a few reds on the Squats. Did you ever ask what they didn't like? Was it depth?

I see your stance doesn't look very wide. Is that best for when you don't use a suit? The wide stance is useful for when you have a suit. But I think I squat with a wider stance than you do, but you post some insane #'s still.

I have no idea what the reds were for, it sure as hell wasn't depth, I tend to squat so deep I've had meet judges rag on me.

My stance is pretty neutral, about shoulder width. This is the way I've always squatted. Some guys prefer going wider and using more hams/posterior chain. I've tried training with a wide stance in the past and it just doesn't agree with my body mechanics.

    Reverse Grip Pushdowns

    Standing DB Extensions

Pec doesn't bother me very much at all doing close-grip. Should be back to 100% in another couple weeks. Staying real lite with the wide grip work, just trying to get a good stretch and pump. I had my grip as wide as I could go on the bar and with just 185 it was fucking brutal with the pause at the bottom. Felt like my pecs were going to rip off my sternum.

OH, I think you are talking about the Men's B-ball team winning. I haven't followed UMich b-ball in forever. I only hold reservations for Hockey at Yost and that's it.

Have you been having pec issues lately or something?

Why even play with the wide grip bench at all, or as much as you do with the pec issue?

From the sounds of it, that's an exercise you should minimze even more. I understand getting blood flow to the area, but you can do that with other methods.
