Yeah definitely feels better. There's still a little soreness but nothing I'm too worried about.

Haha. I still have a ways to go to catch you on those two. I'd really like to pull 700 @ 240 next year.

    Dang 240 at 5'10? That'd be insane. I can't Imagine even being 200 at 5'8.

    Huge bench dude!

@Bako, I thought the same when I was 170 in regards to 190. I don't feel like 200 is that big of a deal at our gimp height (I'm just an inch taller than you).

I'm about 5' 9", but yea, I'll be in the 240's next year.

Forgot to mention, I was 222 with gym clothes on last night. Heaviest I've been in about 3 years. I have a decent sized frame for my height so it really doesn't feel like I weigh 220. I doubt many people would guess I weighed that much either.

It's all about the lighting man. I'm never sure how I look because 1 mirror has me looking chubbier, while the other gives me some definition and makes me look all muscley... haha is that spelled right?

I'm just expecting you to look swole, not ripped, just swole. We're talking like an extra 20 pounds right?

As much as I don't want to post pics cuz I like looking sexy or knowing that I will be after a cut, I think I have to post some soon.

Started taking albuterol today, took my third dose right before leaving work the gym. Not thinking, I also took my usual pre-workout energy boost of caffeine + dmaa. Holy shit. Never again.

700 @ 240 is massive.. good luck with that jump though. The jump from 600 to 700 is much much harder than the jump from 500 to 600. I've been chasing 700 for close to 3 years now. Granted, a big ass pull is not my number one priority, but still, it's taking a lot of time. Closest I've come is pulling 675 in training a couple weeks ago. Think I was good for maybe 10 more elbyz.

Take a week off all other training, you'd probably nail it.

I'm +/- 100 pounds week to week on deads depending on recovery, I think this goes for a lot of guys- more so than any other lift.
