    Bro, where exactly do you rest the bar on those heavy front squats? I started doing them a week ago and they hurt my front delts.

    While I am also impressed by the benching, the overhead pressing caught my eye. Nice job.

    No, I have straps on unfortunately. I've tried hook grip in the past, felt like my thumbs were going to rip off.
