When you "Squat" do you just hit parallel like a PL squat? Vs. the ATF squats you mention below.

Yeah, normal squats are comp. depth. I still tend to go a little deep, but much closer to parallel than an ATF squat.

Love the inclines, bro-hoss. Solid work. Do you ever do cardio? Or do you just diet like a beast? Are you still rocking the low carb BTW?

No cardio. I eat pretty low carb, but not exactly like I used to. I don't follow a specific diet and the only thing I keep track of is daily protein intake, which I kind of guesstimate in my head.

Lol. Now that Jed is back, we're gonna get the journal whoring up to its old ways.

I know you've stepped your game up and have left the rest of us in the dust, but I expect you to come back to the old antics and insults, invain. Haha.

I remember once, when we were all excited about a BW bench contest, Invain says "I gas out after 14-15 reps." He proceeds to win the BW bench comp with 25 reps.

interesting, I do pretty much the same thing but I don't eat low carb. I just eat when I'm hungry and try to make sure my protein is somewhere between 200-250g/day. Been maintaining nicely. Looking forward to dieting again and dropping down bodyweight. Hopefully I'll wind up as sexy as you.

Sadly I was probably 1-2 reps behind him. Now look at him, all big, strong, and grown up.
