    Nice rack pulls yesterday especially for an easy day. Benching looked tight today too. Do you prefer DB or BB inclines?

    I always use bb's, mainly because our gym doesn't have heavy enough db's so I've never tried, lol.

    There's something in August a couple hours away from me that I wanted to do, but I'm having my doubts now. My squat is still terrible, I haven't even started practicing to parallel yet without a box.

    Youll get it man. You should start practicing that parallel squat. Actually why bother! Why not just go up on the platform and do an ATG squat. Im sure everyone would like it!

    Yay, finally got 500 - and I hit it without a belt and having lost 10 pounds so far. My cut's been going slow but I'm very happy with the progress so far. I'd like to see 195 before the fall with nothing but gains in strength. I'm sitting at 205 right now.

    Thats the best kind of cut man, where its really slow and you get stronger! Also thats pretty sick to DL 500 without a belt. You really are strong man and one day you definitely need to compete either RAW or learn the gear (and have even bigger numbers!).

    I thought I was going to die for a 385x5 ATF squat and you're blasting 440x4 on a box.. You've gotta be in the 425 range ATF..
