I've been noticing a big difference in mind-muscle connection the leaner I get. Just being able to see certain muscle groups makes it easier to feel them. My biceps have been hidden under layers of fat for so damn long, feels pretty damn weird looking in a mirror now and actually seeing some decent guns.
