my cutting plan is going to be a carb cycle or sorts, to maintain performance specifically. 2 no carb days (more like 25-50g carbs) followed by 1 high carb day to replenish glycogen (probably 400-600g carbs).. will probably keep protein 225-250 as well and fat somewhere around 65-85, higher on low carb days, lower on high carb days..

goal is to be 250 @ 14% bf.

what would you estimate your bodyfat? 8%ish?
