The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

My plan for now is to do a real slow clean bulk up to about 225-230. From there I'll probably cut back down to 10% bf or so and try to hover around the low 220's until my next meet. Going to change up my training a little bit as well. No more squatting heavy and pulling heavy in the same week. Next couple months will be focused on bringing up weak points, primarily my hams and glutes. Also going to continue working exclusively on my sumo deads for most of the spring/summer.

Going to keep bench training the same; heavy twice a week, alternating grip or bench angle each workout. If I can stay healthy I believe a 500 bench is very possible before the end of the year.
