Well, it was slow.... reeaaallly slow.... but I got 290 on military. I was actually planning on 285 x 2 but I changed my mind after the first rep and decided to go for a new max, lol. Incline was pretty good, especially after the heavy military. I've been using a slightly more narrow grip and it feels a million times better on the pec/shoulder that's been bothering me lately.
