    Triceps still a little beat up from the close-grips on Thursday so I decided to do some wide grip work. Drank for the first time in quite a while on Saturday and I got completely bombed so that didn't really help things recovery wise either. Didn't feel very strong but stamina was pretty decent.

    Solid session today. Lower back still getting a little tight but definitely better than a couple weeks ago. Starting to notice I've put on some mass already. Could see some big ass pec veins through my shirt while squatting, pretty epic. Scale is moving a little bit, up around 216 fully fed. Really thinking I might make the push for 230.

    I'm open to any criticism, however I'm aware my form was not that great yesterday. My hips were tight as hell from squatting so I was having trouble locking out and instead ended up hyper-extending my back to compensate.

    Thats good, hopefully it's not. I did heavy seated presses yesterday and I'm feeling it today. I think lifting off by yourself is the hardest part.
