I got the 310 military but my spotter had to help just a little bit so I'm not counting it.

Today was the first time I'd back squatted in over a month due to a nagging lower back issue. Definitely was not expecting to hit a wrapless PR. 570 was slow but it felt really good on my back and my form felt better than it ever has. I have no doubt I'll be hitting 600 without wraps relatively soon.

Felt really good today. 315 felt like 135 warming up. Almost positive 460 is a PR double.

Good session today. 705 felt strong but I just didn't have enough energy left to hit 725. I think next time I pull I will take a crack at 675 from the floor, I'm pretty confident I can hit it now.

Diet is starting to hit me hard, carbs have been pretty low and I can tell I need a refeed/cheat meal pretty bad. Just had no energy for anything it seemed.
