    It's perfect form to lock out your knees way before you reach to top and use your lower back to finish the lift?

    His last rep was a bit off, but you'll find that there are many lifters that use a lot of back. Off the top of my head, Chris Mason from this site pulls some very nice numbers and lifts with a lot of back. As long as he can keep his lower back from rounding, he should be fine.


    If you're worried about your knees and back, just stick to curling, and you'll never have to worry about it.
