So I have been squating for a week or so and this past Monday I squatted with serious weight, like 100 lbs. My form is excellent I think in that I feel no pain in my back or anywhere else except my legs and hips. Today is Thursday and I still am sore in my hip joints. Am I squatting wrong or am I just sore from doing some squatting with real weight? I am also gaining weight still so I don't think it is protein deficiency. Thanks for the help! I am excited about my weight gains!!!!
