    HeavyBomber- Thankies!!!
Ddegroff- Its actually starting to fall apart on me, monday's workout was pretty painful

-LU Close grip bench - 75 lbs (3X8)
    - Floor Lying Tricep Extensions- 40 lbs (3X10)
    - Dips - (-45 lbs) 3X8
    - Forearms and Biceps -- Too many to write down... Did 10 sets of 6-15 reps (depending on the excersize)
    - Deadlifts- 45 lbs: 2X15, 145 lbs: 1X5 (My knee started popping REALLY badly n its been really angry with me since then. Im going to go in to get a prescription for rehab, because its has started going hugely downhill over the last week or two).

Ugh.. not going to be lifting today, got some kind of flu and my stomach feels like its being ripped to shreds. I can hardly eat anything and I definately dont want to go perpetuate the cycle by lifting.

I definately caught some kind of flu

Thanks Ddegroff and I hope so too, still waiting for a date to see the doc tho

Wont be working out again today, woke up with a horrid sore throat, and a head that is likened to a hot air balloon. Sneezed about a hundred times today and have had a head coldish headache... Had my first solid food in the last two days, a bit of pizza (not the best I know, but it was the only thing that was appealing to me form school). Had a few shakes yesterday, so still got in about a hundred grams of protein (not bad for not being able to stomach anything). Still feeling like ****, but now have the remnants of a stomach flu combined with a horrid head-cold. What a day huh? I was contemplating going anyway but then I started getting the chills and Lucas said I was running a fever. Thats where I draw the line, if im congested, coughing or whatever... Ill suck it up. But a fever is there for a reason, the last thing I want to do is further compromise my immune system.

So finishing off the day of classes and then to my bed I go. Going to try to convince Lucas to laze around with me in front of the television but he seems to think that he wants to actually do something with his night... LOL . Clearly Im not interesting enough *cries*.

I miss working out, but I miss a clear head more Hopefully by Monday Ill be healthy again
