    Nice vid, lookin strong bro
    6' 1.... 211lbs.
    Bench: 275lbs x 1
    Deadlift: 385lbs x 1
    Squat: ??? (not enough)
    Goal by the end of May 2010... Weigh 225lbs.

    Me too man! So close. That was the difference between 1st and 2nd place also.
