The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I suspect it'll be on PPV live...and then they'll probably run it in rotation for the next couple of days.

if he can maintain what he had last year but with a thinner waist he would definatly have it. But somehow i can see cutler taking it this year.

Because then Joe Weider doesn't make a ton of money for putting it on PPV.
Ronnie will continue to win for as long as he chooses to continue competing, assuming the judges don't rob him on politics. I suspect he'll win ten and then be "strongly encouraged" to retire.

The 2006 Olympia was a joke. I hope this year's Olympia isn't such a freaking mess.

    You mean 2005's Olympia?

And yes, that was a joke. Didn't agree at all with what happened. But then again, I'm not a judge and who knows for sure how it really works when it comes time for the Olympia's.

Weider has to be looking to pass the torch to someone who'll carry it for the next 10 years. Ronnie is getting up there. I dunno, I think if Jay comes in in condition, he gets the new contract, and Ronnie retires.

Oops, yeah. Last year's Olympia. And the mess didn't all have to do with the judging. Everything about it was a joke.

On one end I want coleman to win but on the other hand id like to see cutler win it because i know he has but the most effort into it. I still think coleman will win just because of his back and that hes so massive.

Haha, I can agree with you on that. But in my opinion the biggest joke was the judging. What else did you feel that was a joke?

Everything was just poorly organized. The judging was the worst part of it all. My favorite line of that whole show was "Abs and ties"...lol.

The Olympia isn't shown on any 'regular' TV.

ESPN dropped it several years ago (as they dropped pretty much all bodybuilding) to take a stance on drug testing.

Stupid? Perhaps. But then, the 12 people watching the Olympia aren't bringing in the ad money like the WSOP does, huh?

The lack of TV coverage is directly related to the lack of a TV audience.
    Squats work better than supplements.

How much does it cost for ppv? I have no clue what prices are, I've never had anything more than like 5 channels.

No offense, but in my opinion, Cutler has a better back. Ronnie's got him on arms, chest and legs though.

Cutler had a much better back at the last Olympia, no doubt about it. It was wider, thicker, and just overall better than Ronnie's and his back has never looked more ginormous.
